Is this only for clinics?
No. Our Conversational Assistant project covers clinics and other businesses. The useful scope depends on your services, your audience, and the information you can provide.
Chatbot development
Build a conversational interface around your services and the questions people actually ask. For clinics and other businesses, the starting point is useful information, clear boundaries, and a route to human help.
01 / Define the useful part
Define what the assistant should help with—and what it should not do—before deciding how the conversation works.
02 / Where it can help
These are potential workflows to explore together. Each needs its own information, boundaries, and implementation scope.
Consider a conversational way to find relevant service information without expecting visitors to know where every answer is published.
Explore a structured conversation that helps a visitor explain what they need before the appropriate person follows up. Any data collection must be agreed deliberately.
Help people ask about the clinic and its services, while separating general service information from medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency support.
03 / From context to working software
A useful chatbot needs more than a chat window. Its information, limits, and behaviour need to be reviewed with the people who understand the business.
Collect representative questions, identify the audience, and agree which conversations are useful and which are out of scope.
Build the agreed interface and information flow. Make uncertainty, unanswered questions, and routes to human support explicit.
Test expected questions, ambiguous requests, and sensitive or unsupported topics against agreed acceptance criteria.
Agree how service information and conversation behaviour will be reviewed as the business changes. Integrations are scoped separately.

Conversational Assistant is a chatbot for clinics and other businesses. It provides a conversational interface for questions and customer communication, with the experience centred on the organisation and its services.

Before we start
No. Our Conversational Assistant project covers clinics and other businesses. The useful scope depends on your services, your audience, and the information you can provide.
Those actions require an explicitly scoped integration, suitable access controls, and agreed confirmation behaviour. They are not implied by a conversational interface or by our portfolio example.
We agree how the assistant should communicate limits and direct the person to an appropriate next step. The design should not encourage confident guesses or hide the need for human support.
The clinic use case described here is service information and customer communication—not diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or emergency care. Any broader healthcare scope would need its own clinical, legal, and safety assessment.
A working partnership
We work on a Time & Materials basis, with engagements of at least three months. This is custom software engineering and ongoing product work—not a fixed-price package, a brochure website, or a one-off document-conversion service.
Share the workflow, the people using it, your existing systems, and the constraints that matter. We can discuss whether the project fits and what an initial scope should include.
Start a conversation
Tell us what you’re working on, where you need support, and what comes next. We can explore the right way to collaborate.
